MEET ERICA

What do you do for The Good Kind and how did you get here?
I am the Director of Sales & Operations! I have many years of customer service under my belt along with a degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance. I started off as a part-time assistant for Tim at Tim the Girl Catering. As the company grew, so did my role and responsibilities! I’m Tim’s right hand woman and assist the managers with all operations. You can find me creating spreadsheets for operations, helping our team setup a catering event, or throwing on a hairnet to work at the kiosk. I do it all to help our team!

How long have you been a part of the Good Kind crew?
I joined the TTG & TGK family October 2015.

MEET DOM

What do you do for The Good Kind and how did you get here?
I am the Director of Culinary Operations which oversees all culinary aspects of Tim The Girl Catering and The Good Kind. I was referred to this fine company by a former client of mine whom I was a private chef for. I initially was hired as kitchen help with prepping food for The Good Kind meal deliveries. In January of 2017 I was offered the position to spearhead Tims new vision for The Good Kind meal delivery services, which included Whole30, Chef Choice, Create Your Own, Ideal Protein and JoyRide.

How long have you been a part of the Good Kind crew?
I’ve been with the company since November of 2016

What’s your favorite part of working for The Good Kind?
The most enjoyable aspect of my job is knowing that I’m using my skill sets for the betterment of others through food. Being allowed to use food to bring people closer to their lifestyle goals is very fulfilling. Knowing the culture of what The Good Kind promotes is parallel with my personal life choices.

What juice, snack, dessert, entré item are you the most into right now?
ALL JUICES ARE THE BOMB! But my favorite, especially with this texas weather, is the Watermelon lemonade. The Market bowl is a no brainer for me if I really want something filling and hearty. As a snack, I’m currently hooked on our Tarragon chicken salad with our Housemade crackers. I use the tarragon salad as a dip for the crackers. Of course, I cannot forget our Nainamo Bar sweet treat! It’s the perfect dessert to end a healthy meal.

Meditation, sun-gazing, running around San Antonio with my Eat Good Kind shirt, Working out with my Eat Good Kind shirt, and reading.

MEET XELINA

What do you do for The Good Kind and how did you get here?
I’m the manager of The Good Kind Kiosk. I’ve known and admired Tim for many years. The first time I met Tim she was doing a juicing demo at an event. I thought she was very beautiful, sharp as a new knife, and witty. And I loved that she was introducing herself to the city of San Antonio as someone who was passionate about beautiful and tasty food that was good for you. After finding we saw eye to eye on many things, we became fast friends and immediately started working on projects together. When Tim decided to open the TGK kiosk, it was easy for me to slip into a leadership role in executing Tim’s vision that I’ve watched over the years blossom into reality. It truly is an honor!

How long have you been a part of the Good Kind crew?
It’s been close to 5 months now.

What’s your favorite part of working for The Good Kind?
Of course I love our food! The staff is truly one of the kindest, hard working, and talented groups I have ever worked with. Being part of a new company in the food industry is not easy, but having a group of folks like ours makes it feel like family..like a home.

What juice, snack, dessert, entré item are you the most into right now?
I love our market bowl!!!! I dream about it.

What’s your favorite Good Thing to do in San Antonio?
I love to visit the art museums when I can.
