Fitness in the Garden
The Good Kind Southtown strives to promote a healthy lifestyle while involving the local community.
Each Sunday there will be a fitness team here at 10am to assist you in being active and healthy! After, a Good Kind brunch menu will be available at 11am.
Thanks to our wonderful partners, we are able to provide the community with these free fitness class all month long! Treat your body to an active and health Sunday morning at the Good Kind!

2nd Sunday: EnergyX Fitness
3rd Sunday: TBA
4th Sunday: Smart Barre San Antonio
5th Sunday (Nov 29th): Heather Larican Rejino & Isaac Rejino
